Ron joined King Surveyors, Inc. in the summer of 2011 as a Project Manager. His primary duties are providing expertise in Subdivision Platting, ALTA/ACSM Mapping, Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats, Property Descriptions and Oil/Gas Well Exhibits.

M. Chad Dilka, PLS, EIT, Project Manager
Chad started working for King Surveyors in 1997 as an instrument person performing construction, topographic and boundary surveying. In 2003 Chad transitioned into boundary surveying. He now prepares easement exhibits, Land Survey Plats, ALTA Surveys, Subdivision Plats, Recorded Exemptions, Use by Special Review maps and Zoning maps. He also writes the Property Description for each of these types of surveys. Chad has prepared Right-of-Way plans for the Colorado Department of Transportation and is familiar with the specifics of such a project. Chad also coordinates the staking of oil and gas wells in Weld and Adams counties with land men from several oil and gas companies. After the necessary fieldwork, Chad prepares the exhibits necessary for these companies to submit to the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.

Paul B. Groves, PLS, Project Manager
Paul started working for King Surveyors in 1999 as a party chief using GPS equipment. After 11 years in the field, Paul moved into the office where he is currently a Project Manager in the Construction Department. This position requires Paul to communicate and work with Engineers, Architects, Contractors and Land Developers in order to prepare the company’s field crews for the staking out of roads, waterlines, detention ponds, buildings, sanitary and storm sewers.

Steven I. Parks, Residential Construction Manager and CAD Technician
In December 2007, Steven came to work for King Surveyors to expand his knowledge and understanding of the industry. His primary job is managing the Residential Construction Department. Responsibilities within this department include drafting Plot Plans, calculating House Stakeouts, processing and drafting Setback Certifications, Grade Certifications, and Improvement Location Certificates as well as overseeing and scheduling field work. Some of Steven’s other duties include drafting ALTA/ACSM Surveys, Land Survey Plats, Topographic Surveys, Annexation Plats, Improvement Surveys and Oil and Gas Exhibits.

Carolee S. Kuhlman, CAD Technician
King Surveyors, Inc. welcomed Carol as an employee in August of 2004 as a CAD Technician. Under the guidance of one of the Professional Land Surveyors at King Surveyors, Inc. Carol prepares and manages various Subdivision Plats, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Rezone Maps, Recorded Exemptions, Subdivision Exemptions, Lot Splits, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats as well as Site Plans. Carol’s role in these projects include research, field preparation and scheduling, post processing of field data, boundary analysis, drafting and assembling submittals.

Brian Helminiak, RLS (Arizona)
Mr. Helminiak fills multiple roles at King Surveyors acting as both a Senior CAD Tech and a Field Crew member. He is responsible for the preperation of Base Maps, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and the preparation of data for the field crews to us in their day to day activities.
